Helena made everything super easy!! 01/07/26 Update - I like the people who work here. I struggle with non-CubeSmart cars always taking up the spaces that I need, which are marked as being for CubeSmart, and the snow/ice not being cleared early in the morning. 03/31/26 I don't like how all of the parking spots near 1 of the entrances is always used by the neighbor body shop. I had a great experience moving into my storage unit. Adam was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and made everything easy. He answered all my questions, was very professional, and provided excellent customer service. I really appreciated his kindness and efficiency. Highly recommend!
Rented a storage unit for me and some of my college friends. The service at CubeSmart is amazing and everything was done very efficiently. They were well communicative and very prepared, also super nice. Highly recommended for college students in Worcester.
