I've never used a storage facility and visited a few. I went with CubeSmart because of Hilda at the Piscataway location. She was polite, patient, professional and happy to answer all of my questions. She took the time to show me around the facility and options for unit that would be best for me. She was so amazing and again PATIENT with me. I moved into my unit and everything went smoothly. I'm happy with my choice so far!
Easy access and clean.... today , (2/7) I am editing this post, bc I moved out of my storage unit, and thanks to Eric and Hilda it could not have gone more smoothly!!! (Even though my lock wasn't cooperating) 🙁 They were kind, professional and made a stressful situation much more tolerable. HUGE SHOUT OUT TO YOU GUYS- thank you, thank you, thank you!!! And Hilda, YOU GOT THIS GIRL!! 😉😉
