terrible experience with this company. Auto pay was selected on my account which was confirmed by the store manager. After trying to access my unit, my code would not work. Their systems did not take my payment and no alert was made about this and my account was put into unpaid status. They are requiring that I pay a late fee to be able to access my unit. My unit should be fully paid up and has been paid up since before the old company (cubesmart) was acquired. I would be happy to pay my monthly fee and access my unit if the... read more
