I started with Cube Smart, when Devon took over, my monthly rate tripled. When I called to ask for my original rate to continue—it was denied. So, I went online to the Devon Self Storage website. For the same size unit at the same location was 1/3 less per month. I called several times asking for them to apply the online rate to my current unit; after a few phone calls they ghosted me. I had to move all of my stuff two units over to get the new rate.
Jessica and Terrence were great to work with. The storage unit was clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. They were both professional, responsive, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a reliable and hassle-free storage experience.
Great convenient location and even for a first time user, easy instructions to get in and unloaded! real nice experience, so glad I found them.
