Terrible practices, TERRIBLE customer service. I received an invoice in my email and my rent was raised by $22 without notice, they also charged me to for 2 months ahead. Also, they added an additional month when it should be month. The addition of $18 for monthly insurance also inflamed me because there was ZERO notice. When I called, she rudely told me they'd sent an email and a notice, neither are true. Her response was "junk mail deletes after 30 days".
