This location initially caught my attention because of its high ratings, but my actual experience was very different. Safety Hazard, Filth, and Non-Existent Service Like many, I started renting when the facility was owned by CubeSmart. After GoStore It bought it out, the facility and customer service quickly plummeted. The first red flag was the email I received from GoStore It stating this was my 30-day notice for my new rate roughly 2 weeks in advance. Since Go Store It took over the quality had gone down hill fast. Over the last month the front door, which is supposed to be opened with a code, is either wide open or opens without the code. Of the 4 times we have been there in the last month the elevator has either been broken or the code entry broken and not working. Yesterday 12/31/25 the elevator worked WITHOUT the code so you could go anywhere without security. These need to be fixed IMMEDIATELY

1 Star – Outright Negligence, Bait-and-Switch, and Zero Accountability This is hands-down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve been storing with Cube Smart since they opened in 2020, not too long ago Go Store It bought the building. It has gone downhill very fast. Do not be fooled by the amazing online price of the unit, they will raise it in 2 months. I went from the $65 online price to $110 2 months later claiming they have to raise it. I only upgraded in size because of that online pricing! The access doors never lock so anyone can walk right in which isn’t very safe being right off Market Street.
