Clean, neat, convenient, friendly staff, but poor customer service and high prices. They jacked my dad’s rate after a few months by nearly $100. He attempted to contact the regional manager by email and phone with got no response. They advertised a much better rate online with a month free. The manager wouldn’t match this rate and they made him move all his stuff down the hall. After relocating to the new unit, they jacked his rate up again (after only being in there for a few weeks).
