DJ was great very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my many questions.
We have been a customer of the CubeSmart on Garris road since they opened. The location is great (near Home Depot and Costco - so easy to swing by when running other errands). Carts always seem to be available and the place and parking lot are always clean. We recently decided to change the size of our unit. DJ in the office was great! He walk us around to different units and helped us find one that was the right size in a location we liked and at a price that worked with our budget. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. TOP NOTCH INDOOR STORAGE FACILITY AND STAFF. Been a customer here for a couple years and love it. The location is optimal and relatively easy to get to/accessible with plenty of great parking that makes getting in and out of the building a breeze with the layout, multiple entrances too. There is ample room for big moving trucks to unload with still still space left for other big vehicles to unload with one entrance being well covered with high clearance if the weather is inclement. Facility is very clean and easily accessible. DJ was working the desk and was super helpful! He answered all my questions and walked me through the steps to sign up.
