I leased my unit online and that made it very easy. I spoke with Doug who answered all my questions. He was very helpful. When I went to the facility, I met with Ashley who had everything ready and I was able to get right into my unit. Both staff members were helpful and professional. I also met with Steve on Monday. He was also very helpful and was willing to listen to a few concerns. Those concerns were addressed immediately.
