Jay and Mayra were very nice and easy to deal with. I had my household goods in a bigger unit there. I moved my things into a 10x10. The only issue I noted is that two of my boxes had big holes where either rats or lizards chewed through. I informed Jay of the issue and he explained to me that I need to take pictures and fill out some paperwork to present to Cubesmart to be compensated. Yes, I have the insurance.
