A couple months in, and so far, so good. Much better than our experience at GoStoreIt.
I paid 2 months rent for a unit I could not use because it did not have a secure wall to the adjacent unit and the garage door is bad and very hard, very difficult and almost impossible to open and close. The staff here is great but the owner refuses to fix the doors, refuses to effect proper repairs. I have another unit that I have rented here for 8 years and cannot open the door to get to my unit. I am tired of changing units to find one that has a good working door.

Clean, organized, and detailed oriented experience! The units are clean, easily accessible, and spacious. The staff were exceptional! Jay, Theresa, and Mayra were absolutely AMAZING! Very clear explanation of the process, no pressure sales tactics, thorough, kind, and patient. They walked us through the process, as well as the property, and answered all of our questions. We signed that day. Highly recommended.
I walked into the office without an appointment. Jay was great and helped me solve my problem quickly and professionally.
