Let me start by saying my family/I have rented 6+ places and we never had this experience. They were rude from the beginning. It was odd bc we were polite (family thing) and usually I just assume someone is having a tough day and don't take it personally. But both people were rude to the point that I shut down and didn't give any extra thank you's and went silent. Easy access, always clean, elevators are fast, and the staff is very friendly.
I have been storing here for two years and I always appreciate how clean and generally affordable the facilities have been. Can’t beat the location for the price. The team are all very friendly and knowledgeable.
