Overall it was an easy process finding the rental unit and access through elevator. Compton was helpful with details of payment and the initial process.
Dynasty is a good worker and she knows how to treat to customers. She should be the manager and she should get a raise for the work she does.
We used the services of this storage. We were met by an assistant, she said that we need to wait for the manager on our question. We waited, then she looked for our documents, we signed them. They explained everything to us, showed us around, gave us the password to the gate. Both ladies were kind and friendly. There is enough parking space, there is also enough space in the loading area. Our storage was outside, so I can’t say anything about how convenient and organized it is inside. I recommend!
Affiya was extremely helpful on my move on day. She was able to help me pick out a unit that would best suit my needs and made sure I was comfortable before putting pen to paper.
