THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS “WRONG” AT CUBESMART!!! I have been a customer with Cubesmart at 1980 white plains rd. for more than a year but I guess customer loyalty means nothing to them. I have been renting a 10x 10 unit since July 2015 paying $315 a month. I recently tried to downsize so that I can make the payments more affordable and eliminate late fees and lock outs.
