I went to inquire about a storage unit and the worker Hersey was so rude. I would never ever recommend this storage facility. I went to see a storage unit and a nice gentleman was assisting me at first. I asked about using my own insurance and lock and the manager Hershey interrupted my conversation with the gentleman and started to rudely tell me that it is required for me to buy their disc lock and insurance. the staff is courteous and always willing to help… The locker itself is spacious and carts are available even in busy times ….
The young lady today at college point at the front desk went out of her way. My code wasn’t working. She took a little time, but she solved a problem in a decent time. I didn’t mind waiting. She was pleasant and she is definitely an asset to your company.
The College Point storage unit is by far very nice. The staff was very helpful. We got a tour and was shown the units, the area was clean. I would recommend them for your storage use.
