I lost my job and called in to see if I could get a reduced rate as they had just raised it. The manager I spoke with told me she would reduce it by $20 in February but never did. I went in to the facility to speak with manager in person as she hadnt returned my 3 calls in the last two months. Today the manager had a an agent contact me and tell me oh sorry we can't give you the decrease that the company won't offer it but never had the decency to call me herself and say it. I have never had an issue or missed a payment.

Terrible place. i would never rent a unit in this place if my life depended on it.
Beware of this location! I was in Red Hook location for several years and they raised the price once and by only $20. I now rent a unit at this 6th street location and after only 3 months they raised the price of my unit by $75/month. I will be leaving this location and going with a different company if I cannot resolve this. I can understand an increase maybe after a year or two, but a couple months, that's bad business.
The gals running this CubeSmart are AWESOME, 5 stars isn't enough!
