I am currently locked inside of the Cubesmart parking lot, my box truck isn’t completely packed yet and my house and car keys are locked inside the building. There is no emergency number I can call to fix this. FUCK YOU CUBESMART!! I have a three year old at home and I’m fucking locked in here. You fucking piece of shit company.
They are trash all ways hiking up the price with no notice nm ow they want to auction my stuff and they won't pay any kind of payment they want the whole thing like people got money like that all nothing of value in my storage but memories of my dad n my first daughter who passed away and mother in law but you assholes don't give a fucking shit just as long you mother fuckers get your money me my wife and daughter all have every important documents
Horrific! Rude and arrogant are two words that come to mind. "Carlos", who refuses to supply his last name, is probably one of the most unprofessional people I have ever come across. I had a supposed rent increase that I received no notice of. Once I learned of the increase (it started this month in June), I sent the additional monies. They are trying to exact a late fee and a lien fee from me even though they accepted the June payment. GO ELSEWHERE!
