I’ve never had to use a storage place before. Cubesmart was so easy! I was impressed with the process, staff and facilities.
CubeSmart was a wonderful revelation for us. The three staff members we interacted with -- Stephanie, Reggie, and Mike -- were simply awesome. Our storage location is brand new and excellent. Very convenient and flexible access.
Once they have you over the barrel they start raising the rent every six months without any reason other than greed. Mine went from around $120 to almost $250 wthin two years (with a near 0 inflation rate). When you try to pay your bill over the phone, you are directed to either pay a $3.95 convenience fee or press "0" or call your store manager.
