The price of my unit doubled after less than eight years, which is outrageous, but their customer service has been good whenever I needed it, and my unit has always been in as good condition as when I last left it each time I have visited, and there have been some major storms over that period, including Sandy, that could have resulted in flooding had proper care not been taken.

I found Cubesmart on the internet. Called to get information Mr. Greenaway answered all my questions and gave me advice of what I needed to do before I came. At the store, Mr. Glen Greenaway Store Manager was so helpful, polite and patient and very professional. He even helped us with one of the bigger pieces. Thank you, Mr. Greenaway.
I found CubeSmart via an Internet search. It was close to my home and reasonably priced. I reserved a unit online, then went to see the place in person. Glenn Greenaway, the General Manager who was working this Sunday afternoon, greeted me very friendly, showed me around, and completed the contract with me very efficiently. I then was able to start moving items into my new unit. Very positive experience!
