Horrible move in experience. They have 1 truck bay and a car was parked in it. I had 4 movers and we had to wait 45 min. I asked in the office for help and they said nothing at all they can do. I said who will reimburse me for 4 movers hourly rate at 45 min each, they said no one and they cannot help. I got so angry I said a few things I should not have, but never use this place. I will be moving to any other location soon. Stay away. The woman in the office is horrendous. Bad bad bad experience.

New customer. customer service excelente. Helped me register on line. Excelente service. Thank you. Area very clean, cool inside. Space is great. Elevator first thing in the entrance. Carts to help load and unload. It's a winner. Once again customer service is Excelente!! Came back for a bigger room. Prices are great!! Got a great discount. Paying less for a larger size then the smaller size. Yuppie @
