This is a great facility. Easy in. Easy out. Great space options to select from. Incredibly clean and well maintained. The employees are fantastic. Tiffany is helpful, knowledgeable, and always welcoming. With so many storage sites to select from in the Valley, this one is definitely at the top of the list.
I just had the best customer service experience in a long time today is January 17 and Justin was working at the desk and he welcomed me in told me his name and asked how he could help me and he was very helpful. Good job in hiring such a customer service oriented person. He was a delight to work with answered all my questions and this is the second time I’ve used this storage unit in the past year and they’re fabulous. The place is clean well kept an easy access. Thank you.
Justin sold me right away, he was friendly, polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me cubes that meet my needs can't ask for thing more. Justin is a true asset to the organization.
Justin made the experience easy and informational. My husband and I really appreciate his insight and help and positive attitude.
You almost have to make an appointment to see a human to open a new unit, because no one is at the site during the "Open" hours listed. Every time I go during the open hours there has never been anyone around to help . Poor customer service.
