We moved from out of state. I wasn’t sure of the area or familiar with a storage unit, since I never had to have one. The manager, Sara, was very pleasant! She explained things to me very well and was extremely helpful. The only small complaint I had was there was left over glass in the unit, from previous renters. If that’s my only complaint, we are doing great! Thank you Sara for your kindness and hospitality in helping us start our new journey in Saginaw!
