RecommendedFriendly service and clean storage unit.
I recently rented a storage unit and reserved it online with a deal of 10% off and then half off the first month rent if I booked online. When I showed up they charged me for the full Month rent plus admin fee plus a lock plus insurance which totaled over $170. When I asked the woman why I wasnt given the 1/2 off my first month rent she said she didnt see it on the reservation so I pulled up there website where it showed the 50% off and she basically told me there was nothing she can do for me. This place is a joke! Do NOT take your things there. Customer service is ridiculous as well. STAY AWAY!!!
My rv was parked on the lot for one week and was broken into! Come to find out alot of homeless live in the woods behind the storage felicity. There are security cameras on the premises, but of course they do not view the area where my RV was parked. When talking to a Columbus Police Officer he informed , that they have had a few calls of the same incidents happening at that facility.
The facility has people living in it. People who most likely broke into our camper and stole from us. I would NOT recommended this location.
I rented a small unit for 1 week. In between apartments for my daughter. As we were loading up today, roaches were coming out of her unit and others around hers. We also found a dead mouse under her mattress, one in the box spring, her mattress has been chewed on, droppings on all her stuff. When I spoke with the employee, I was blown off and was told to contact the insurance copmany. Very upset, everything needs washed and cleaned. As we unpacked we found a roach in her stuff.
