I will NEVER give 5 stars to a place that gives one quoted price and then it ends up to LITERALLY be DOUBLE upon actually renting the space! That's BAD business in my eyes! However the manager is very attentive and kind.
Matt and Marco are THE BEST!! They were so welcoming, friendly, hilarious and made my experience at CubeSmart incredibly pleasant. They went above and beyond and I really appreciated their hospitality and friendship during a frustrating time.
We never rented a storage unit before, but after some research we contacted CubeSmart Self Storage in Lake Worth. Simply the best!! The General manager here, Matt Shipley, could not have made the process easier. After describing the various sized units over the phone and then showing us them when we arrived there, he advised me what he thought was the best for my needs--and he was right!!
