RIP OFF!!!!! – The monthly fees started out reasonable, but it didn't take long for them to start hiking the rates. Now, I am charged 2X the amount of a new storage account. First they suck you in and then what are you supposed to do? Keep moving your stuff around from storage unit to storage unit? I think not. Goodwill, here I come.....because I can;t afford storage payments of over $270.00, when I should only be paying $130.00. Outraged in Highland! I've sent e-mails to the storage place and no response. Hmmm...so much for the improved customer service with the ownership change and the "low price guarantee" they assert is part of how they do business. I say, credit my account and everyone else's that you are overcharging for. The units are filled with dirt and spiders and I have even had waterdamage to some items because water leaks in when it rains. I wish I had the physical ability to remove my property from this place.
