RIP OFF!!!!! – The monthly fees started out reasonable, but it didn't take long for them to start hiking the rates. Now, I am charged 2X the amount of a new storage account. First they suck you in and then what are you supposed to do? Keep moving your stuff around from storage unit to storage unit? I think not. Goodwill, here I come.....because I can;t afford storage payments of over $270.00, when I should only be paying $130.00. Outraged in Highland! I've sent e-mails to the storage place and no response.
