I cannot say enough positive things about this business, ESPECIALLY Emerald. This is a woman who cares deeply about others and Cubesmart is lucky to have her. Frank is also thoughtful and lovely. We came in one day and they had my kids enthralled, giving them little toys and telling stories. I was trying to balance payments while out of work for an extended time and Emerald was so easy to communicate with and explore options.
