Old Saybrook, CT CubeSmart is shady, buyer beware they're scam artists!! I had a 10x15 temperature controlled unit for 2 years. They bait you in with a low intro price and then increased the price of the unit several times during the 2 year period. Their customer service is non-existent when I tried to reach someone to discuss and email the increases!!
