I have not been able to reach them by phone for three month. Now my residence is in lockdown so getting through to them will be impossible. Paying my bill will also be difficult to impossible. 12 of my neighbors have died from Covid19, so my stuff better still be there. My phone number is 240-236-9988

on 2/24/20 I paid in advance for a parking space as always five days later on 2/29/20 I receive an email from Kieth Rockwell manager and Heather Thomas assistant Manager that on April 1st, 2020 The rent would be going up again. I went in today and ask why they waited until after I paid to inform me and I wanted to terminate on March 31st. I also wanted a refund for the two months I was not going to be there. Clean, secure and pleasant management. We store our camper there. Wish it was cheaper and no price hikes, but it’s close to home for us. They’d have the place full if it was a little cheaper. Overall we like it there.
We have used these folks twice for storage. Definitely recommend. Facility is secure and very clean. Staff is professional and helpful.
