Very informative and knowledgeable about the space, showed sizing and available units.
Ms CJ was very helpful and patient walked me through everything
Had an initial phonecall to set up my storage unit, have had no contact back yet despite me calling the facility 10+ times, leaving messages twice, etc. Still have unanswered questions, but was able to eventually figure out how to move into my unit. Not sure why I got to the facility on a Monday and no one was there in sight, had to figure out everything myself even though I was told someone would be there to help. Either way, just poor customer service overall. This was at the 8410 Westphalia Road one in Upper Marlboro.
