Very easy process, staff was friendly. Always pass out waters and have carts accessible to the loading areas. I was hesitant at first to store my belongings in a public storage area this experience has far exceeded my expectations.
i was really struggling with getting my belongings out and paying for a unit that was to big. These wonderful people saw my struggles and allowed me to move into a smaller unit and since i was doing the moving on my own the time frame they gave me was just non existent! The ladies who work with me are amazing!! Great job CubeSmart!!
Macy handled my account; quick and easy. A beautiful, clean facility with carts to use. Fantastic place.
Their fire alarm has been going off for nearly 12 to 13 hours now with no response from the management company, the fire department responded but they haven't. This is an issue as there is a school in session right now next door and the surrounding neighborhoods had to listen to this all night long, loud and clear. I wouldn't want to rent from a storage company that can't respond to their fire alarms or burglar alarms.
