Very tacky to charge late fees (in addition to locking you out of the unit at 5 days) during the pandemic when a lot of people are struggling... Also, I have 11 units with them, most of them already having had rate increases, so I would expect better treatment. I attempted to work with management when I saw that new customers were getting 50% off most units (which of course is due to less demand and people trimming the fat with their expenses and moving out) but have yet to come to a fair solution.
