Inform the guest of all cube details when reservations is made. I had no idea I was getting 2 small doors that are harder to access than one large door as shown on web site. This also required me purchasing 2 locks. I was not told until arriving at site with my trailer. Very disappointing and no solution or compensation was offered.
Helpful and friendly staff -- Haley & Chad made the storage process much easier! Units are clean and facility is secure!!
She went out of her way to show us units... one of which had a hole in the wall.... found another unit no problem. Loved doing business here. I feel safe leaving my goods at this facility.
Staff Very friendly and helpful. Cleanest storage Unit facility I've ever seen.
