This was my first time using this storage facility, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Heather, the property manager, was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. She was very knowledgeable about the facility, which was especially impressive considering she’s only been working there for three weeks. I made reservation and when I came in Heather helped me and showed me few units in different buildings to decide the best location for my stuff, we came back to office and completed rental agreement, she’s very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thank you
