Had a great experience !!!! John was super helpful and was very friendly and found a unit we needed and completed everything for us and had us out the door fast
I did the self serve storage unit after hours on the website, when i got the access codes and my storage unit number, i opened the unit and a bag with a welcome brochure and a opened package for THEIR lock with keys came in it. After loading my unit with things then proceeded to try to open the lock that was given in the opened package and THE KEY DIDNT FIT… I had to go buy a lock myself leaving my loaded unit unattended unlocked until i returned with a lock. terrible.
