John was terrific. He was very helpful and took care of all my requests. I could not be happier.
John was very friendly & showed me around, how to enter, use the elevator & the easy way to get to my unit. Very fairly priced.
Be VERY aware of the constant rate hikes. I never had to call and I had no need to visit the office. What was absolutely outrageous was starting out around $175 and constant increases until I was at $375 in about 16 months!
John was Awesome and very helpful. However, the lady that was working the desk on Friday the move-in day was very rude and accused myself and my movers of holding the doors because we got stuck in the elevator and I told her numerous times we did not hold the doors and she said yes you did so basically called me a liar wasn’t impressed with her attitude John that checked me in the day before and started my rental was awesome
