Hope the Naples location is better than the Panama City Beach Location. All my furniture in that unit has horrible mold on it from an apparent moisture problem. Only placed in unit July '17, now in Oct. '17 it is molded beyond belief. After talking with the district manager and then a VP of CubeSmart, they accept no responsibility for what happens in their units. So unless you re storing something that moisture will not affect, you best understand their policy for damage. You have been warned!
