She was awesome
I used to own a brick-and-mortar business, so I know how much great customer service matters and Dez absolutely nailed it! She wasn’t pushy, clearly explained all the contract terms and specials, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Dez even gave us a fun golf cart tour of the facility, showing the different storage sizes and how everything works. The facility looks well maintained. Dez has such an amazing personality, if I ever need storage, I’ll definitely go to her!
