We needed a storage unit but not sure what size. I went into the office and explained to Sandi what our situation was. She was so kind, helpful and patient! She showed me my options and helped me pick what best fit our needs. The place is very clean!

We have been long- time customers of CubeSmart, most recently storing our belongings with this location at Arizona Ave and Ocotillo Rd. Although the cost increases over the years have been steep, the customer service is excellent. Sandra in the front office is courteous and professional. She knows her customers and explains processes clearly. She is focused on safety and providing a positive experience. I would highly recommend this company, location, and personnel for your storage needs.
Sandra was incredible! She was friendly, helpful and really knew her stuff! We are very happy with our decision to go with CubeSmart in Chandler.
