Over just 12 months there were 2 rate increases doubling the rent from $78.84 to $144 per month. In addition, the door wasn't fully sealed so a bunch of leaves and dirt as water got into the unit. I reported it and they did nothing. Don't use the people unless you want to have your rates double and your stuff destroyed. Terrible company and staff.
It is nice, quick and hassle free process.
They will give you the 3-month promo deal then they will charge you regular price on the 4th month then they will raise your bill about 14 dollars on the 5th month!!!! And they do not send out notification to advise you.... I wish I knew this before I moved my stuff in!!!! I guess ill be moving out soon im sure they will raise rent every month
Friendly, helpful and understanding...not to mention how much less it costs to rent a bigger unit than I had a competitors facility!
Dave was extremly helpful and made the storage a breeze and easy to deal with uasually its a pain to get storage or have hidden fees this place doesnt do that very legitimate and I loved working with them and will be using this storage for all my needs great place to be and couldnt get enough very friendly staff it ment a lot that everthing was easy in time of need no one gets a storage or hotel uasually for good reason(something going on in life) but boi I enjoyed this more than I should have and it was a good thing !!!!!
