Good amount of space, even tho mine is only 5 x 10. Easy to get to and use.
Easy check in, clean unit, overall excellent experience. I will recommend your facility
Not bad overall- should be available 24 hours though. People have literally gotten their vehicle stuck inside.
ONE OF THE WORST they will lie to you and then deny it to make you pay extra. AVIOD this place and rent with extra space way more professional and honest
I had a very large unit at the Sturbridge location since September, 2025, and just vacated it and I had nothing but a good experience with this company in this location. Highly recommend. Customer service was always courteous, professional, and responsive.
