We’re a small business and really needed a good storage unit in the Frisco area; they delivered. Makenna has been amazing from day one, always friendly and always figures out what we need. We’ve tried other storage places before but nothing compares to this. Highly recommend!
This place is the worst and greediest establishment I’ve ever seen. Their prices just keep going up and up and are way over market rates. They will not work with people one bit and just want to charge endless fees…horrible people, avoid.
Makenna was a huge help when I needed to empty out my unit. She went above and beyond to make me feel taken care of. Cube smart should give her a raise or I will raise hell.
