I love the onsite manager of this place. Very helpful.
The front office lady was very nice and helpful. Was a great experience
I was really happy with every aspect of the process. The manager could not have been any better. I witnessed her helping handicapped renters and I also witnessed interactions with other renters. This was such a pleasant departure from what has become the experience with customer service individuals. I also truly appreciated the transparency when being told about fees and guidelines.
Checked in at about 7:00 to get the keys after hours and did not have any problems. Everything was smooth. Was just what I requested.
