They will bait and switch you. I was literally in my unit for 3 months before they raised the price. Beware.
They have a promotion saying that the first month is free, but then I was still charged $67 in administration fees, a lock that I didn't need, insurance, service fees and you don't even get a full month. I will be trying to get all of my stuff out of there before they take the money out for another month because I feel that their word is not as great as it sounds on their website. I love the onsite manager of this place. Very helpful.
The front office lady was very nice and helpful. Was a great experience
I was really happy with every aspect of the process. The manager could not have been any better. I witnessed her helping handicapped renters and I also witnessed interactions with other renters. This was such a pleasant departure from what has become the experience with customer service individuals. I also truly appreciated the transparency when being told about fees and guidelines.
