I loved how kind and sweet Vicki was from start to finish. It is spring break so I had my two elementary aged kids and my toddler. Not once did Vicki complain about their energy level. Setting up a reservation online was easy. And when I arrived at the office to finish the process Vicki explained how everything works. I appreciate that this storage unit does month to month based on the start day in the month.
All storage facilities are not created equal, from the smile that greets you from the front door to.the timely, professional, knowledgeable, staff. Almost makes me glad I have to store some item ,just to see good customer service still exist.
Shane and Anthony do a great job. Solved my problem on the spot. I highly recommend this location.
