So, these m************ at CubeSmart storage units have f***** me over again! After 6 days of my bill, they put a lock on my storage unit so I can't get any of my f****** s*** out! They lied and told me that after 10 days they'll put a lock on my storage unit if the bill is not paid Plus, charge me a $10 late fee, and put a lock on it six days afterwards! Moral of the story is..... If you're moving and you want to put your stuff in a storage unit do not go to CubeSmart in Lansing Michigan!!!

Highly recommend! Ms. Porter is outstanding! She breaks things down and answered all my questions. She made me feel safe about storing my belongings. Their prices are some of the best Ive seen and the entire facility is climate controlled! If you are in need of storage give Ms. Porter a call she will have you leaving with a smile.
