The staff was friendly and very helpful. The storage units are nicely spaced from the others and are nice on the inside. The pricing is nice considering I only live 5min away from the space.
Excellent! First time to get a storage. Shopped around several storages. AAA Storage on 51st street was where I felt comfortable. The managers were very helpful, very nice and professional and property was clean. I would highly recommend this storage facility to everyone that is looking for one. Great.
Friendly and helpful staff. Contacted me to make sure move in went smoothly. Paperwork took a bit longer than usual since it was just under new ownership. But worth the wait. Should be faster now that the new system is in place.
The managers did an outstanding job. She and her husband will go out of her way to help you. I will recommend anyone that needs storage to AAA Storage 51st, because they will do a great job. Great customer service.

Unit was clean. Process went quickly. 4 month move in special. There is easy access to the unit, and the proving is a great value. Really appreciated the service and professionalism of the staff and facility. Great job.
The staff have nice and clean units and reasonable costs. They were very friendly and accommodating. I found Lottie in the rental office particularly helpful.
