The GM there is Awesome. She went Above and Beyond to make sure my family and I were properly serviced on yesterday. She knows how to extend Fantastic Customer Service. She has such a Friendly and Welcoming Attitude.
Good customer service
This is not a secure facility! The lock to my unit was cut and items stolen the night of May 18th. There is no video monitoring. I saw several other units that had cut or broken locks.
