Facility is always clean. Karla the manager was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I contacted her early to mid-September to see if a larger temperature controlled unit was available. She said all were being used and would put me on a wait list for the end of the month when people tend to move out. On Sept 30 she called me, as promised, to let me know one had opened up. I very much appreciated her follow through and help with the process from start to finish.
