I have had at least one unit and have had up to 3 units for over a year here. Any time I have a request or whatever, they promptly take care of me. I've had nothing but great experiences with all the members of CubeSmart. That includes when I've had to call the dumb 800 number and have dealt with people outside my local office. If I had more than 2 thumbs they would all be up.
