I agree with the other reviewer, 'climate controlled' - nope. While it was pleasant when I first moved in (before cubesmart bought NE self storage), it's clear they don't monitor the buildings to ensure the climate systems actually work. When I asked when the air conditioner broke, the answer I got was 'not that long ago'? When I asked for a clarification, it was 'a week ago, maybe?' You would think if it's been busted for a week, they would have some kind of answer as to when it will be fixed, but they didn't. Unacceptable!... read more
