On site manager Ruben and regional manager Melissa did a very good job sorting out a difficult situation. Without getting into the minutiae I would STRONGLY recommend not making a reservation on line. Do it in person. Also, depending on the location, a reservation can only be made 7, 15 or 30 days in advance . The window varies by location…
Mike at the front desk who helped me and my family was great he was informative he was patient he was funny he was engaging and he got everything I wanted done in a timely manner and was really helpful with everything so anytime someone hires someone like that I know that I will be perfectly happy to refer this place to my friends and family thank you
Mike and Cheri were very helpful in providing info on the rental space, showing us same and taking us through the process of reserving and then formalizing our rental agreement. We were happy with the service and assistance they provided in our securing this storage space. Thanks, Mike & Cheri!
