Dangerous place homeless squatting and sleeping here. If you are a single woman be very careful. No one seems to care about who ever just wants to walk right in through the “security gate” and I help homeless people so not heartless. But seriously I’m paying top dollar for rental that feels extremely unsafe on the regular. Something needs to be done as I brought this to their attention along time ago. They do not care!
If you have any self respect for yourself or your items, it is advised to not rent here. You will be immediately met with angry Matt. From there, you'll receive a 20 minute discussion on how their locks are superior. The other ones will always break. When I questioned Matt on security, he said "Do you NOT SEE THE CAMERAS?!" Apparently the cameras don't work. Just check the reviews with photos before booking. Your items clearly are NOT safe here. Nicole was friendly and very accommodating. We called many other places and all lacking the customer great service Nicole offers. We were able to park our trailer in a perfect spot.
