I arrived at this location after customer service transferred my rental from another facility because its loading dock was out of order. I had already completed the transfer agreement before arriving and was under the impression that everything was ready for me to move in. When I checked my account at the facility, however, I had no active rentals. Hailey gets a 5 star review she has been fabulous! The location was convenient, clean and easy to access BUT they change their prices constantly. It’s month to month. We started at $250 for 1st floor 12 by 18 and after the first 6 months it went to $300, $309 and now $365. They know the inconvenience for us to come move out so they don’t care. I would NOT recommend.
Had a great experience moving my stuff into Public Storage. The building and unit were clean and easy to access. The staff person I worked with was friendly and helped me get setup on my first visit. The door to the unit is a bit tricky to open, so if you're going for the first time I would recommend having that demonstrated. Also, if you book through the website it might not tell you which floor you're on if it's not the first floor, so you might have to call or find out in person.
