Reservation of unit went smoothly, downloaded the app, did everything we were asked. Then on move-in day, with a rental truck full of furniture in the pouring rain, we arrive and the elevators aren't working, and our unit is on the 3rd floor. No one answered the phone (either for the office in the building or for the corporate number), and we talked to other customers who said the broken elevators and lack of response happens very often. Price Jump Then Elevator Trouble I originally left a very positive review because the front desk experience here was genuinely great at the beginning. The staff was helpful, patient, and made the rental process feel smooth and organized. Everything started off on the right foot, and I appreciated how easy they made setup and access during move-in. First and foremost the facility is emaculant, the promotions were exceptional, and the staff was polite and efficient. The location is very convenient and in a good community with restaurants and access to the highway.
