I have always had a pleasant and professional experience with Mike and/or the office associate whenever I'd have any questions about the units. I would be warmly greeted as I entered the office. I could count on him to smile and wave if he was near by when I'd visit the storage unit's. On occasion, he'd even pause on the golf cart as he would pass by to make sure everything was OK.
