they lock their dumpster and if you leave anything outside the dumpster wish I wouldn't have they harass and threaten they're going to charge you $50 extra would not recommend this place
My storage needs change month to month. Andy and Leo are always quick to help with what I need. Will keep using. Not sure what the other ratings are for. I pay $9 a month for insurance on a 40’ unit and have never been overlocked. Be sure to tell them I sent you!
this place sucks B@\\$ the place put a lock on my unit for no reason I'm up to date no fees or anything I've been knocking on the on site facility I see them inside but he ain't answering worst place ever
I think the unit is fine, but they don't tell you that they REQUIRE a monthly insurance premium which increased the cost of the unit by 33 PERCENT!!! I can get a rider on my homeowners insurance to cover that unit for WAY LESS, but there is now way to opt out of their insurance! It feels like a rip-off!!! A less significant rip-off is the pre-pay 12 months, get the 13th month free thing. They did NOT include the 1st month so it was REALLY a pre-pay 13 months, get the 14th month free.
