Stop lying about their rates. I was promised a unit for some $36.50 per month. When I got to the online lease agreement the unity was up to $42.50 or so and required $12 per month insurance, along with an additional $1 per month admin. fee. This to go out into neighborhoods that send thorns into my bike tires. My apartment has a unit about the same size for $60.
