RecommendedI’ve been in the office 3 times and have had a different person each visit. All 3 were very friendly and helpful. I’m pleased with the storage unit at this location but the customer service is their best selling point.
The best customer service around! Pam Moore is an amazing person. She was so helpful and friendly, getting us all set up and showing us around. We actually have our unit at the other facility in Goodlettsville, but Pam (of this Main St. location) was subbing for the normal manager there. I'd highly recommend either location!! You can't go wrong!
Very helpful and was in and out with no problem. Great and helpful the Guy that was there renting the storage. Have used them before and will continue to use them.
